CABRITO EN SALSA
It’s baby goat (cabrito) cooked in a flavorful sauce, with a tomato-based broth. It’s a traditional dish, where the goat is cooked in a pot until tender.
BIRRIA
Birria is a traditional Mexican stew, originally from Jalisco, known for its rich, flavorful broth and tender beef meat. The meat is marinated in a blend of spices and chiles, then slow-cooked in a broth. The resulting stew is served with its braising liquid, called consomé, especially served in tacos.
CHICHARRON IN GREEN SALSA
Chicharron in green sauce combines the crunchy and tasty texture of chicharron with the fresh and spicy flavor of green sauce. Chicharron is crispy and golden. Salsa Verde comes from the main ingredients: green tomatoes (tomatillos) and chili peppers. These ingredients are combined with onion, garlic, cilantro and lemon juice.
