We are the biggest Caprine processing plant in Mexico, 100% family owned.

Located in Cadereyta Jimenez N.L. Mexico.

Processing over 450,000 cabritos baby goat and goat per year.

Supplies Mexico and USA markets.

SuCabrito is represented in USA by its subsidiary company SuCabrito USA servicing mainly Texas and with distributors all across USA.

Maintain Domestic leadership on caprine meat exports.

Started during 1955 in the caprine business, buying, slaughtering and selling cabrito.
The family owns Restaurants (El Gran Pastor, Cabriteros, Granero), Food processing plant PAESA and Goat plant SuCabrito.

HISTORY

1985

El Pastor restaurant as co-owners

1996

El Gran Pastor restaurant opened its first location in Monterrey

2008

SuCabrito opened to service mainly El Gran Pastor restaurants and some supermarket chains

2011

SuCabrito started exporting to the USA and opened its subsidiary company SuCabrito USA in Texas with a local operation

2015

El Granero was acquired

2022

Started plant expansion for increasing goat slaughter and adding fresh goat products

About our products

2 ways to obtain our livestock

Agreements between Sucabrito and producers with state governments. To ensure the highest quality of raw material, sucabrito is making agreements with producers, to ensure the safety, flavor and standardization for the baby goat and goat.

Feedlot

We just started developing our own goat feeding operation. One besides SuCabrito plant and another in Teran, 70 kms from Monterrey. Mainly for adult Goats.
